How to Turn on Participant Share Screen Option in Zoom

Hey! Welcome to HOWZA channel! In today's lesson, we will teach you how to turn on Participant Share screen option in Zoom.
Screen sharing for Zoom meeting participants is disabled by default. This setting helps prevent uninvited attendees from disrupting meetings by sharing inappropriate or offensive material.
These instructions are for Harvard Zoom account holders would like to enable other participants to share their screen during a meeting.
Open your web browser and paste a link you can find in the description box down below. Open the web page.
Click on Sign In at the top right corner of the window. Log into your zoom account. Complete verification if necessary.
Go to the left side tools list. Click on Settings. Scroll down and look for Screen Sharing block. Look for the Who can share option. Check All participants. Click on Save.
