Day 4 - Breathwork for Focus | Transformational Breathwork Challenge
Day 4 of our Transformational Breathwork Training Challenge has arrived! This far into the challenge, you would have explored a range of powerful breathing exercises, from Diaphragmatic Breathing to Full Yogic Breathing and a few others. Need a refresher? Today, we take it up a notch, revisiting some of the key breathing techniques we learnt earlier on in the challenge and exploring new, more challenging ones like Samvritti Stage 2 (Box Breathing). Find a comfortable spot wherever you are right now, close your eyes, and follow Master Trainer Ram Jain as he guides you through these pranayama breathing techniques:
🌀 Abdominal Breathing (Diaphragmatic Breathing)
🌀Full Yogic Breathing
🌀Anulom Vilom (Alternate Nostril Breathing)
🌀Samvritti Stage 2 (Box Breathing)
Important❗
• The place for practice should be clean & well ventilated.
• Breathing should be gentle without any exertion.
• Keep the focus throughout the practice on your inhalation, exhalation & retention. If the mind wanders away, gently bring it back to your breathing.
Precautions⚠️
• Pregnant women should not follow this breathwork training.
• People with hypertension, any cardiovascular issues or anxiety should avoid Kapalbhati pranayama and be very cautious with breath retention.
• Please be advised to consult with your physician or other health care professional before beginning this breathwork challenge to make sure that it is appropriate for your needs.
