15 min Full Body Dumbbell Workout - Day 2 Yoga Sculpt Series
This is a total body workout with compound exercises designed to save you time while giving you maximum results. You will burn more calories in less time while toning and sculpting your entire body. You can do this routine every day, choosing consistency over intensity for long lasting results. Select 2 sets of weights: a lighter pair for the upper body and a heavier set for the lower body exercises.
If your goal is to build muscle and strength, you can try doing the exercises at a slower pace with fewer reps and heavier weights. If toning & endurance are what you’re after - increase your reps, decrease the weight, and complete the moves at a faster pace. If you don’t have access to dumbbells, you can substitute water bottles, cans of food, or any other portable weighted objects that are easy to handle.
