Sup guys! This is a quick video tip on how to engage more glutes in your squats. Having trouble feeling or engaging you glutes during your squats? Feel like your squats are weaker than they could be? This quick and simple adjustment could help you! Maintain a proper squat stance and form, but simply point your toes out more to place your hips in a more externally rotated position. This will place the glutes in a more optimal contracting position.
