Arms & Shoulders Workout | Workout Wednesdays | Push Pull Legs Workout 6

Sup guys! This series follows my 6 day a week program, similar to a push pull legs split. Each workout will focus on a specific muscle group, with a little bit of something else at the end. The inverse day will focus on that second portion, with a little bit of the first workout's main focus at the end. For example, today is arms & shoulders. It is the inverse of workout number 3. This comes out of Athleanx's month 3 workout plan from his old school bodybuilding program.
Warmup on cardio of choice followed with dynamic upper body movements and lightweight work.

Tricep Gauntlet OR Biceps
- Tricep Gauntlet: 10x10 floor tricep extensions, start with weight you can do 12 times, decrease 5 pounds until 20 pounds down, then increase 5 pounds each set
- Biceps: Chinups 30 or 60, if 10 reps or more are achieved, do 60 total.

ARMS
Incline Dumbbell Curls - 3x10-12 last set drop set
Tricep pushdowns - 3x Failure
Super set
- Incline Skullcrushers 3x10
- Modified preacher curls 3x Failure

SHOULDERS
OHP - 5x5
Cheat Laterals - 3x8-10
