Leg Day Squats Workout | Workout Wednesdays | Nick's Program Workout 1
Sup guys! I'm back at it with a new workout program I developed for myself. I came up with it to further my bodybuilding progress, and to address imbalances/weaknesses that I feel like I have. It may not address your imbalances or weaknesses, but I think it it still a great workout program. It is another multi part workout series, so stick around to see the rest! Today, we start with legs -- squats to be more specific. So enjoy, and I hope you try it out!
Warmup on cardio of choice followed with dynamic lower body movements and lightweight work.
QUADS
Squats - 3x5 (increase 5 pounds if all sets were completed without failure)
Reverse lunges - 3x10 each leg
Box Squats - 4x8
POSTERIOR CHAIN
RDLs- 3x8-10
Body weight Hamstring Curls - 2-3x10
CALVES
Any Straight Leg Calve Exercise - 3x15
