Kundalini Yoga: Kriya for Awakening the 10 Bodies

This powerful Kirya combines some of my favorite practices from Yogi Bhajan's Kundalini Yoga. Such as the "Wake Up Series", movements from the "Complete Spinal Series" and the super energetic "Frog Pose"!
It's called the Kirya for Awakeneing the 10 Bodies, which I thought was super appropriate to release now, as we have just finished the 10 Day Challenge for Purifying the 5 Bodies.
