Lucas Sin—chef of Junzi Kitchen and Nice Day Chinese Takeout—is thrilled to share his favorite childhood snack with you! Lucas’s Hong Kong Style Bagged Noodles lovingly recreate a popular snack sold by street vendors in Hong Kong: bags of chilled noodles, topped with the protein and vegetables of your choice, with a big flavor punch from the raw garlic, and perfect layers of flavors from the sauces. They’re completely customizable and super easy to put together. It’s a beautiful snack in a super portable container, perfect for a family on the go!
