How to Make Sauerkraut

Fermentation is as old as time, and sauerkraut has been around almost as long. It's a kitchen staple, and whether you consider yourself a good home cook or not, you really ought to know how to make the stuff.

Joey is an outstanding cook...having cooked in the kitchens of some of the best restaurants in London and competing on BBC's MasterChef, she's now co-owner and co-manager of the café High Mood Food in Central London. High Mood Food specializes in fermented foods and has a focus on "gut health."
