I've been a little MIA on my channel recently...but it's for good reason! I've been neck-deep in research/planning/traveling for the new book I'm writing!! (Published by HarperCollins William Morrow!) It's about my favorite things: bread, wine and cheese :) :) :) And what's something that they all have in common? They're all fermented!

I may post sporadically, but I want to take you all along for this journey I'm going on to give you a snapshot of what you can expect in the book -- which will be published in the Spring of 2021!! With this video I wanted to do a more flushed out explanation of the winemaking process.
