Delicata squash: The zebra of the farmer's market

Delicata squash are hands-down my favorite squash. They're creamy and nutty...I'm kind of obsessed with them. I feel like they're a lesser-known squash, but to me, they are the king of the farmer's market. They tend to be best early in the season--so seek them out in the fall. In this video I made a super simple and downright delicious recipe featuring my squash buddies.
