Lateral Pelvic Shift, Forward & Backward Rotation of Pelvis( Simplified )

Continuing previous discussion of function at hip complex that too in particular motion of pelvis on a fixed femur. There are four particular terms that denote this motions namely, ANTERIOR PELVIC TILT, POSTERIOR PELVIC TILT, LATERAL PELVIC TILT , LATERAL PELVIC SHIFT,FORWARD/ ANTERIOR PELVIC ROTATION or POSTERIOR/BACKWARD ROTATION OF PELVIS.
Here LATERAL PELVIC SHIFT , POSTERIOR AND ANTERIOR ROTATION OF PELVIS is discussed in detail. The lecture address the topic focusing more in practical aspects by demonstrating the motions and encouraging viewers to do the same rather than focusing the theory alone.The occurrence of both motions as well as examples are discussed in detail.
