The mechanics of daily living may cause our pelvis to “Rotate.” This pelvic rotation causes pain and discomfort within the pelvic bowl. Muscles such as the Psoas/iliacus and Quadratus Lumborum may spasm/cramp in a vain attempt to fix the “Rotation.” Add this technique on a regular basis for prevention or to restore normal pelvic mechanics.
