Air Fryer Deli Eggrolls

This recipe caught my eye as a fun, interesting use for the air fryer. Basically make this with anything you would put on a sandwich.

Directions:
1. Lay out eggroll wrapper on a clean surface arranged in a diamond shape. Place desired fillings in center.
2. Fold up bottom half and tightly fold in sides. Gently roll up and seal fold with a few drops of water.
3. Working in batches, place eggrolls in air fryer at 390F and cook for 6 minutes. Flip over, then cook another 6 minutes.

Serve with Italian dressing as a dip or another condiment of your choice.
