Crockpot Apple Pudding Cake

Another delicious crockpot dessert! This one is easy (as the vast majority of crockpot recipes are) and would go great with a big spoonful of vanilla ice cream on the side. It's not just for breakfast anymore!
Ingredients:
1 box of yellow cake mix
4 gala apples peeled and diced
1/2 cup cold butter
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
1. Add cake mix to a mixing bowl and "cut in" the cold butter until you have coarse crumbs. Stir in milk until thoroughly mixed and a batter is formed.
2. Add batter to lightly greased crockpot and use a spoon to spread evenly.
3. Add diced apples to the top until top of batter is covered.
4. In a separate mixing bowl, add orange juice, honey, melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Whisk together until mixed. Pour mixture in crockpot over apples.
5. Cover crockpot with a clean towel and cover with lid. Cook on high 2 hours (or until apples are cooked)
6. Serve warm.
