Air Fryer Meatloaf

This was my best creation so far in my air fryer "Airleen!" Super easy and very delicious. Meatloaf was nice and moist with a firmer outside, just like I like it!
Ingredients:
For the meatloaf---
2 pounds ground beef
2 eggs
1/4 cup buttermilk (or use milk)
2/3 cups breadcrumbs
1 pack mushroom soup mix
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

For the topping----
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon mustard
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
1. Preheat fryer to 350F (180C).
2. Combine meat, eggs, milk, bread crumbs, soup mix, and Worcestershire sauce, in a large bowl.
3. Form into a loaf and put in air fryer. Cook for 25 minutes.
4. While meatloaf cooks, combine topping ingredients in a small bowl and stir until mixed together.
5. After 25 minutes of cooking, spoon 1/4 of the topping over the meatloaf and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
6. Remove meatloaf and top with remaining ketchup mixture.

Keeps for 4 days in the refrigerator or 3 months in the freezer.
