CROISSANT DIET - WEEKLY MEAL PREP Ep 3
Croissant Diet - My weekly meal prep. I do this on Sunday’s usually to prepare my breakfast croissant sandwiches, and my 85/15 or 80/20 ground beef, with peel on butter and cream cheese mashed potatoes.
This video is a little scattered but I’m new to this whole YouTube thing. I promise I’ll try to do better :)
My M-F breakfast
1 cup chicken bone broth, heated 1 min in microwave. (Sam’s Choice is the brand)
1 Stearic acid Spinach Smoothie
3 oz OJ
2 oz Unsweetened Cranberry Juice
1.5 oz baby spinach. (I keep mine in the freezer)
1.5 Tbsp pure stearic acid powder (by mine from http://fireinabottle.net
Blend 30 seconds in Nutri Bullet
1 Market Side all butter croissant (Wallmart brand)
2.3 oz roast beef
1-2 slices of cheese (I use Swiss)
This breakfast has roughly 700 calories, 37g Protein, 40g Carbs, 43g total fat, 28g saturated. This meal can scale, smaller croissant, less roast beef, 1 slice cheese vs 2 etc. this fits my personal goal pretty well.
Lunch
I cook 2 lbs ground beef (usually grass fed) then divide into 6 servings of: 1/3 lb ground beef or 5.33 oz. Seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic. Use whatever you like to season.
48 oz cubed potatoes peel on.
In a large pot bring to rolling boil, then reduce to low boil for 10 min. Drain then put back into large pot on stove. With low heat.
Add 1 stick butter
1 8oz package cream cheese
2 tsp salt (I use Himalayan)
Pepper and garlic to taste. Mash
Divide potatoes into 6 containers, place ground beef beside potatoes in these containers.
I drink a second stearic acid spinach smoothie with lunch.
Calories for 1 lunch 866
Protein 47g, carbs 59g, total fat 57g, saturated 35g
Lunch can be scaled, less ground beef, less oz of potatoes etc.
