A couple of recipes below:
My wife’s Banana Bread Recipe

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
3-4 banana
2 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup half and half
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Combine all ingredients and bake at 350° for 60-70 min or until toothpick comes out clean.

Makes 14 slices (approx 350 calories a slice 16 grams of total fat, 8 grams saturated.
My Metabolic Smoothie (makes 2 servings)

3 oz. Fresh baby spinach
6 oz. Orange Juice
4 oz. Unsweetened Cranberry Juice
3 Tbsp pure stearic acid powder

Combine in nutribullet blend 30 seconds.

1 serving 160 calories, 12 grams saturated fat (all from stearic acid!) 100% vit K, 100% Vit A, 80% iodine.
