DIET FAILURE- POLYUNSATURATED FATS ARE LIKELY TO SABOTAGE THE SUCCESS OF ANY DIET. Ep 4

I stand on the shoulders of Giants, much more knowledgeable than myself.

It dawned on me as it had Brad Marshall of The Croissant Diet fame, that there is a common theme between diets that work and those that don’t. Industrially produced Vegetable Oils or more appropriately called seed oils, rich in Omega 6 Polyunsaturated fats are the culprit . They cause the diet failure either in weigh loss or to resolve other chronic issues in so many cases. It is my belief from all the doctors, scientists, and studies I have looked at or listened to that if you have a chronic issue that has failed to have been resolved or the root cause identified and you haven’t tried eliminating seed oils you should definitely consider removing them from your diet. I’m certainly not a doctor or research scientist but if after watching any or preferably all of the linked videos below you are not convinced that seed oils are horribly toxic for you then I have little more to offer. But if you are like me, you will see them for the poisons that they are and begin to understand why I too now see them at the root of almost all diseases of modern civilization.

As for The Croissant Diet, it is the low Polyunsaturated fat diet I follow and have had the greatest success with but I have no quarrel with any other diet model that eliminates industrial seed oils. The primary culprits are Canola, Corn, Cotton seed, Soy, Sunflower and Safflower. There are more but these are the most prevalent. More power to my low PUFA Keto, Carnivore, Whole food, Plant based whole food friends, and any other nutrient dense low PUFA way of eating.

People I recommend to watch and Follow: MD. Cate Shanahan, Tucker Goodrich, Brad Marshall, Dr. Chris Kanobbe, Nina Teicholz, Dr. Zoe Harcombe, There are many many more but this is a really good group to aid your understanding behind the science of saturated fat being healthy, and Polyunsaturated fat (Omega 6) being extremely unhealthy in all but the tiniest dose.
