Croissant Diet Getting Started 2022
Just a basic kickstart for The Croissant Diet. There’s an edit to the info in the video see Edit below.

If you don’t know where to start calorie wise this is a rough estimate, it’s just a place to start. Take your body weight in pounds and multiply by 11. If you weigh 145 lbs multiply that by 11, you get 1595 this would be a good number to see if your total daily calories at this number results in weight loss. This assumes you have eliminated polyunsaturated fat (all vegetable oil and vegetable oil sources from your diet) and that you have replaced those calories with saturated fat from butter, heavy cream, cheese, beef fat (called Talo) beef in general, lamb, avoid fatty chicken and Pork.
EDIT - Try to get 0.85 grams of protein per lb of body weight. Again if you weigh 145 multiply this by 0.85 = 123 grams of protein a day would be your goal. Then 0.55 grams per pound of carbs and fat. So at 145 that’s 80 grams for carbs and 80 grams fat. I didn’t make that clear in the video. Protein does not work on a sliding scale and mis stated the grams my apologies.
