Episode 41 of the Fit Mother Project Podcast is all about regaining mobility and enhancing brain performance.

In this episode, you’ll meet Trent McEntire of Fire Up Your Brain, a man who has been helping people gain back their mobility for over two decades.

Born with a mild form of Cerebral Palsy, Trent experienced pain and stiffness every day from the time he was a child.

However, Trent's creative problem-solving abilities kicked in, transforming his movement capabilities to participate in his love for sports.

What Trent discovered to repair his own body became the foundation for what would be his life’s work.

As a movement professional, Trent saw a path where he could help others who had movement limitations.

He opened up his studio as a way to work with clients and train other movement professionals in the work he had been practicing to repair his own limitations.

For more than 20 years, Trent has taught his transformational neuro-movement methods and tools to thousands of clients and movement professionals across the globe.

Trent’s work has helped many people move past their most debilitating situations — children who struggle with focus, seniors who have lost their balance and mobility, individuals experiencing neurological conditions, and athletes who have suffered concussions, injuries, and other debilitating situations.

Today, Trent’s mission is to get his methods and tools out to everyone who needs help.

The Fire Up Your Brain program was created as a fun, engaging, and affordable way to support this mission.

In addition to his professional teaching, Trent spends his time problem solving and educating the world through his AskTrent Live programming, building a network of BrainSpeed Coaches, and speaking engagements to further educate the public on enhancing brain performance.

He’s a unique and dynamic guy, and you’re sure to love this conversation!
