Episode 5 of the Fit Mother Project Podcast is all about weather and health and how the weather and different kinds of environmental pressures impact our health routines.
When winter sets in, it gets dark earlier and the temperature drops.
And for those in areas where things get really cold, wintertime is when a lot of people get into trouble with their health. They're often less active. They're not outside as much. They're eating more sugary foods.
But, these are symptoms, not the root cause.
