The Ulysse Nardin Marine Diver is an automatic winding, luxury dive watch. The watch is quite large and hefty. The watch is entirely gold which gives it the heft. It is 43mm across the case and measures 14mm thick.

The watch combines bracelet and strap in a single unit. The strap itself is rigid against the caseflank giving the watch 59mm from extremity to extremity. You'll see there are solid gold links that then allow the strap to contour around the wrist allowing for better sizing. These also give a special splash of color. The strap is quite flexible as it moves away from the links.
