You’ve probably heard people complaining about back pain when squatting all the time. And although there are many reasons, the root of the problem is closely linked to your hips. In this video, Kaitie explains why you get back pain while squatting & shows you how to get rid of it from a scientific perspective.

BUTTWINK BEGONE PROGRAM:

Touch and go Squat (6 sets of 4 reps)

Bird Dog (3 sets of 12 reps each side)

Foot elevated crunch (4 sets or 8 reps)

Knee to wall drill (4

HANDSTAND WALK PROGRAM:

1) 4 X 30s Hollow body hold
2) 3 X 1min Plank
3) 2 X 1min/1min Front Rack Shoulder Stretch
4) 2 X 1min/1min Roll Pecs & Shoulders w/ Lacrosse Ball
