Pilates for a Strong Back

Pilates is all about the core and in Pilates for a Strong Back, we will focus on getting the back strong. This 20 minute Pilates class will work on sculpting the back, but other areas in the core that we need to support a healthy spine extension including the ab muscles and the inner thighs. There are exercises for beginners that will challenge anyone and we will work on getting a strong spine extension and spine flexibility to develop a healthy spine.
