SWEET MAGNOLIAS Season 3: Will Maddie Leave Cal when New Season is Released on Netflix in 2023?

Hey, guys! It took TWENTY-ONE months to find out how the nail-biting cliffhangers from the first season of Sweet Magnolias get resolved, and we are praying and hoping that we won’t have to wait for Season 3 THAT long. Netflix is yet to officially renew Sweet Magnolias for Season 3, but the probability of the renewal is very high. Sure, it has its shortcomings: storylines are quite predictable, characters’ development lacks depth and most characters are too stereotyped. Some actor performances are lacking too, like Chris Klein’s (who plays Bill Townsend) over-the-top Southern accent and overdramatized acting. But, at the end of the day, it has a loyal pool of fans and a strong 7.4 IMDb rating. The two biggest questions as we wait for Season 3: Will Helen say ‘yes’ to Ryan or will she stay with Erik?; and will Maddie stand by Cal, who clearly has major anger management issues leading up to his arrest.
