DAY1: 20 min BOOTY 🍑 PUMP YOU NEED TO GROW BIGGER GLUTES FAST~2 Weeks Hourglass Figure Workout

2 WEEKS HOURGLASS CHALLENGE 2021; Starts today, here is DAY 1, time to Grow Your Glutes fast at home and build your butt. This Challenge is Intense and intended to help you build your booty, get toned thick thighs, smaller waist while burning calories At home.
Trust the process, use resistance bands, ankle weights, dumbbells if you have, and if you do not have, no problem. I use my body weight most of the time and trust me the burn is real. Do not give up, you can do it.

Eggs, lean pork or chicken sausage, turkey bacon, black beans, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese toast, nut butters, protein powder, protein shakes.
Snack on Cheese, Replace Cereal with Eggs. Add Tuna in almost all your meals. Top Your Food with Chopped Almonds, Choose Greek Yogurt, Have a Protein Shake for Breakfast, Include a High-Protein Food with Every Meals, Pair Peanut Butter with Fruit.
