Do This WARM UP Before Your HOME WORKOUTS~4 Min Effective Body Warm Up / No Jumping

Do this 4 minutes warm up before my Home workout plans and Exercises.
It is very important to kick start any workout with a slight warm up to avoid injuries but also helps you not to burn out real quick while doing exercises getting the body ready to endure through exercises.
