It’s basically caused by having bone structure, muscle mass and fat distribution that’s not in cosmetic alignment.
Depending on the size of your hips and pelvis it can really vary from person to person. Women have the most problem with hip dips but men can also get them too.
Hip dips are harmless and can be totally normal but unfortunately, many women hate the look of them.
