GET BUBBLE BUTT🍑FAST| How to Grow Your Glutes in 14 days! RESISTANCE BAND Glute Activation You Need

This workout will tone, shape, and grow the booty at home or in the gym using just resistance bands! Just know you can do it, you can see my own lower body transformation so you can do it too. If you do not have a RESISTANCE BAND, don't worry just follow along doing the same movements.

To start seeing results do this butt workout for 14 days, resting two to three days a week. These are simple exercises that mainly target the most important glute muscles, NO JUMPING! I'm using two types of Resistance Bands, lighter and medium, I was just switching them accoring to how intense the exercise is but it doesn't matter, just grab your band and let's do this.
