Guys, I almost didn't want to make this video because I know the amount of controversy it will cause. I made 2 videos about nuclei overload going back about 1.5-2 years ago and the videos got a huge negative backlash, but it also got a lot of praise from guys who actually tried this method themselves and finally got a lagging muscle group to grow. At the time when I made those videos I was a really small Youtuber, probably less than 10K subscribers - and it was really my first taste of a huge amount of negative comments and controversy on Youtube.

So today I want to talk to you about my journey from having really small lagging deltoids to having them be one of my best muscle groups, and I believe 1 of the main reasons is because I’ve overtrained them 2 different times. One time i trained my shoulders 30 straight days and recently I trained them 15 days in a row. I've always been 1 of those people that believed that there is ALWAYS a way to reach your goals if you want it bad enough, so if you asked me why I started doing nuclei overload experiments, it was coming from a mindset of if I train a muscle group every single day and it still doesn’t grow, at least I can say I’ve done everything I can!
