The Workout:

30 seconds - regular bounce (1 lb)
30 seconds - 10 push ups
30 seconds - regular bounce (2 lb)
30 seconds - 10 push ups
30 seconds - run in place (1 lb)
30 seconds - 10 push ups
30 seconds - run in place (2 lb)
30 seconds - 10 push ups

(Rest 10 seconds between exercises)
(Rest 1 minute between circuits)
Beginner Complete 3x Total
Advanced Complete 5x Total (We do 5)
