30 seconds - jump rope - regular bounce clock (1/4 lb)
30 seconds - jump rope - regular bounce (1/2 lb)
30 seconds - ab crunchers with twist
30 seconds - star plank
30 seconds - jump rope - regular bounce clock (1/4 lb)
30 seconds - jump rope - regular bounce (1/2 lb)
30 seconds - side plank left side
30 seconds - side plank right side

(Rest 10 seconds between exercises)
(Rest 1 minute between circuits)
Beginner Complete 3 ROUNDS Total
Advanced Complete 5 ROUNDS Total
