‼️Im new to using a stand mixer, can you tell 🙈 I’m always learning too, this is the first time I’m using it and I used the wrong attachment and I realized when all the dry ingredients were getting stuck to the center! Then the hubby went and did his own research 😭 but overall it didn’t changed the way my chocolate cake came out, as always delicious! I normally make all my cakes using hand whisk so I’m new to this so please don’t come after me 😅‼️

Ingredients:
3 cups all purpose flour
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 Hershey’s unsweetened cocoa
1 tbsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups boiling hot water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp Mexican vanilla blend
3 cups 1/2 and 1/2
3 cups evaporated milk
1 1/2 Can of condensed milk
4 tbsp cocoa

Whipping cream:
2 cups heavy whipping
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Mexican vanilla blend
Your favorite fruit for topping
1 serving of love 💕
