Strawberry Tres Leches Cake (Three Milk Cake)

This cake is moist and very delicious! This cake is well known in Latin America but with out the strawberry flavor. I decided to give it a little twist and make it my own by adding the strawberry flavor. I hope you all enjoy this recipe!

Ingredients to make the cake batter:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 3oz pkg strawberry gelatin mix
10 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
Strawberry purée (recipe below)

Strawberry purée:
2 cups frozen strawberries
1/2 cup granulated sugar

3 milks:
1 cup regular milk
1 14oz can condensed milk
1 12oz can evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Frosting:
I use Rich’s Bettercream. If you can’t find it you can make your own icing by using heavy whipping cream with sugar or you can use whip topping.
