SOPITA DE FIDEO CON POLLO

🛑- Pot used to make my soup - Calphalon® Premier™ Hard-Anodized Nonstick 8.5 qt. Covered Dutch Oven
🛑-I’m using the vitamix a3500
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb chicken drumsticks
7 oz fideo
Oil
4 Roma tomatoes
1/2 white onion
2 garlic cloves
4 New Mexico or guajillo chile pods
1 chile ancho
3 chiles de árbol (optional)
1 cup carrots
1 calabacita
1-2 potatoes
1 handful of cilantro
2 c chicken broth and 8 cups of water or 10 cups water
2 tbsp chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp whole black pepper
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Favorite chicken seasoning
Salt
