SÚPER EASY MEXICAN SWEET BREAD: COCHINITOS, MARRANITOS, PUERQUITOS de PILONCILLO

- [ ] Hello my beautiful fam welcome back to my kitchen, today I’m so excited to share my super easy and delicious cochinitos, They are seriously the best 🐷. Like every recipe and every household there are tons of variations that make this delicious recipe , this is the way I was taught and I hope you enjoy it! - [ ] Ingredients: makes about 20-25 it all depends on how big, thin/thick you make them 😉
- [ ] 1 pilóncillo or 2/3 cup brown sugar
- [ ] 2 tbsp water
- [ ] 3 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- [ ] 1 tbsp baking powder
- [ ] 1/2 tsp ground anise
- [ ] 1/2 tsp salt
- [ ] 8 tbsp butter
- [ ] 1/3 cup brown sugar
- [ ] 2 eggs
- [ ] 1/2 cup honey
- [ ] 1 serving of love 💕
