HOW TO MAKE CONCHAS MEXICANAS | PAN DULCE

Hello my beautiful fam! Welcome back to my kitchen today I’m going to share with you how to make the perfect conchas mexicanas every single time! I know a lot of you were having issues with my last concha video, today I decided to updates it and modify the recipe so that from today and on none of you struggle making this delicious sweet bread! My Job is to make sure that’s when you recreate my recipes you are getting exactly what I’m tasting! Nothing makes me more happy then to know you are completely satisfied with my recipe! I been making conchas this whole past week to make sure that every single time they come out perfect and that when YOU make them they come out just as perfect! Let me tell you after you bake your own conchas you will not want any other bakers sweet bread, this recipe is very easy yet time consuming because like any bread, it requires to be patient for the yeast to activate and do it’s job so PLEASE don’t rush the process, I guarantee you that it’s worth the wait! This recipe is exact like my previous one, the difference is I’m using a stand mixer, the yeast , I added 2 more eggs and I took away the anisé to make it more simple if you want a more flavorful bread and you already have the ingredient, then go ahead and add it!!! Stand mixer Im using: PROFESSIONAL 5™ PLUS SERIES 5 QUART BOWL-LIFT STAND MIXER
Concha cutter: I purchased it off amazon but I can’t find the link 😭 but you can find the same one here : https://cookiecutter.com/concha-cutter.htm
Pots I use in my videos- calphalon
Blenders I use at the moment, Vitamix a3500 and Ninja BL770
Song at end of Videos: Lu-Ni Vamos ala oscuridad

Ingredients: makes about 8-12 conchas it all depends on how big you want them
Dough:
4 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp vanilla
3 eggs
8 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup evaporated milk
1 tbsp instant yeast- https://shop.kingarthurflour.com/items/saf-red-instant-yeast-16-oz ( by far the best yeast ) I bought mine at my local meat market or you can use the one at Walmart or your local supermarket http://www.walmart.com/ip/Fleischmann-s-Rapid-Rise-Yeast-0-75-oz-3-Packets/13448682

Topping:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup powder sugar
8 tbsp unsalted butter at room temp
1 tbsp vanilla
To add chocolate flavor add 1 -2 tsp Hershey’s coco
To add strawberry flavor add 2-3 tsp nesquick strawberry powder with 2 drops of pink food coloring

Extra flour and butter at room temperature
And the most important ingredient:
1 serving of love 💕
