Workout:

30 sec - regular bounce - 1/4 lb rope
30 sec - regular bounce+double under - 1/4 lb rope
30 sec - regular bounce - 1/4 lb rope
30 sec - boxer skip - 1/4 lb rope
30 sec - plank
30 sec - regular bounce - 1/2 lb rope
30 sec - regular bounce+double under - 1/2 lb rope
30 sec - regular bounce - 1/2 lb rope
30 sec - boxer skip - 1/2 lb rope
30 sec - plank
-rest 10 sec between exercises
then...
-rest 1 minute
50 pull-ups (however you want to do them!)
**If you don’t have a pull-up bar do 50 push-ups
