UPDATED!! FINALLY! Full version of GREAT workout for beginners and seniors! This is a one hour workout I think you will love! Low impact aerobics for 30 minutes followed by 20 minutes of seated strengthening, followed by 10 minute stretch! All you need for a full body workout! You can do this is the comfort of your own home - it will be helpful if you have a chair and a pair of hand weights (maybe 2-5lbs) for the second half. Consult your doctor before any type of exercise program. ENJOY!!
