Beginner/Senior Boot Camp! ONE HOUR interval training workout!
This is an interval type workout, so you will be doing TONS of exercises to get a full body workout, but all the exercises will only be about a minute long. You will benefit from having a pair of hand weights (you can use soup cans!), a chair, and a step near by. I have found that this type of training can be extremely beneficial in getting your heart rate up to the place it needs to be to really start burning those calories. Would love feedback! ENJOY!!
