Fun BOOT CAMP for Seniors & Beginners!
You will love this one hour interval type training workout! It is for active seniors and beginners as the speed is slower with easy to follow cues. This workout is led by Physical Therapist, Jenny, so the exercises will be safe and appropriate for all ages, sizes, and levels. But, this workout can be super fun for intermediate fitness class takers out there as it's a full body workout. Enjoy!
