The best full body RESISTANCE BAND workout - led by Physical Therapist, all ages/levels!

This is a great 40 minute workout! It is a strengthening workout using a resistance band, working the upper body, lower body, and core. It is easy to follow with lots of options, so it's appropriate for all levels and ages. It is led by Jenny McClendon, MS, PT (licensed Physical Therapist), so all exercises are safe! You don't need a big space - just a band and a chair. I would recommend doing this 3 times a week. ENJOY! And, as always, consult with a doctor before starting this video or any exercise program.

If you don't have a band, you can use weights, but I would highly recommend using a light resistance band with handles. They are affordable and easy to order from Amazon. I have included a link to one I think you will like! Just click link below!
