15 min. FEEL GOOD total body stretches with movement!

I really love this workout! It's a perfect video for those of you who need more flexibility, but get bored with holding stretches. This is 15 minutes in length and takes you through my favorite dynamic stretches (meaning stretches with movement) and repeating them 10 times without breaks. I hope the ocean waves bring you some calmness and peace, too! This workout is safe and appropriate to do every day! Enjoy!
