You can do this resistance band workout literally anywhere - at home, at your office, on vacation, etc. All you need is ONE resistance band (preferably MEDIUM resistance) and 10 minutes of your time!

As usual, get yourself ready in front of the screen and just follow along with whatever I am doing. If you feel like you need extra rest, just pause the video and take a break.
