45 min. STEP & TONE - fun and easy to follow! Calorie Burner!

This is a fun workout! You will burn tons of calories and tone up those muscles. 45 minutes of alternating between step aerobics moves and strengthening moves. You will need a step and a pair of hand weights. If you don’t have a step, you can do it on the floor. If you don’t have hand weights, use soup cans or water bottles. It’s challenging, yet easy to follow and totally do-able. Enjoy!
