KILLER CARDIO & ABS WITH WEIGHTS - This fat burning cardio and abs home HIIT workout, is packed with full body fat loss exercises guaranteed to help you tone up and work up an intense sweat.

These fat burning cardio exercises and belly exercises can be done at home with just a set of dumbbells, so grab your weights and let's do this!

I used a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete thiscardio and abs HIIT workout . I used 1 set of 3kg + 5kg + 7kg but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your strength and fitness level.

There are 10 supersets that make up this fat loss cardio workout. Complete each superset 2 x through as follows:
Ex1: 40 seconds work/10sec rest
Ex2: 30 Secs work/10 Secs rest
Have 30 seconds rest between supersets.
