30 MIN TRIPLE SET HIIT with Weights | Full Body Dumbbell Workout
TRIPLE SET HIIT - Build muscle and burn fat fast with this full body HIIT workout that combines strength with cardio moves for the ultimate sweat session.
You'll need a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this workout. I used 1 set of 5kg & 8kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
There are 5-6 Triple Sets that makes up this workout. Complete each triple set 2 x through working through each exercise back to back with no rest for 30 seconds each. Have 15 seconds rest between rounds and sets.
