New Year's Eve No Repeat HIIT Party | ALL STANDING (FUN) Workout with Weights | 2023

Party your way into 2023 with this banging All Standing, no repeat workout that promises to kick start your New Year right!

You’ll need a variety of dumbbells to complete this workout. I used a set of 5kg + 8kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level

There are 3 circuits to work through. Complete each exercise for 45 seconds work/15 seconds rest

3️⃣DB Woodchop with Knee Drive (L) side

6️⃣O’head Tricep Extension
7️⃣Sumo Squat to Curl
8️⃣In & Out Swing
9️⃣Lateral High Knees
