30 MIN NO REPEAT HIIT with Weights | For Fat Burn & Cardio 🔥Burn 209 Calories🔥

NO REPEAT HIIT WITH WEIGHTS - Hate repeating exercises and circuits when you workout? I've combined over 25 of my favourite moves into one fun and effective follow along sweat session you'll be sure to fall in love with.

You'll need a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete thisno repeat HIIT workout. I used 1 set of 5kg + 8kg Dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.

Complete the circuit of movements 45 secs work/15 secs rest.
